Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 676 Stratford Road, Birmingham, B11 4AS. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

2. Apartment is located on the top floor - Apartment 5. Please take the stairs up to the first floor and the apartment door is on the right hand side at the end of the corridor. Please type the SECOND code (from the check in instructions) on the keypad to gain access to your apartment.

3. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Bins are located in the front of the property.
