We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 88 Hamstead Road, Birmingham, B19 1DG. Please use the communal entrance door, the access code is provided in the check in instructions.

2. Your apartment is located in the courtyard at the back of the property. Please follow the stairs to the top and please turn left at the end of the landing.

3. Please follow the stairs down and once you are at the bottom of the stairs, please depart the building using the door.

4. Your apartment is number is 2 which is on the right hand side through the porch. Please use the second code in provided in the check in instructions to gain access to the apartment

5. To lock the door from the inside, please lift the handle up and please rotate the round bit of the smart lock. To lock the door from the outside, please lift the handle up and please press the backspace button on the keypad.

6. Please follow the same route to exit the building. The code to the rear door is in the check in instructions.

Bins are located in the front of the property.
