Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: Redlands, Church Lane, Solihull, B92 0DT. There is a lock on the gate of the guest access. Please type the FIRST code to open the main building door. (The code is in the check-in instructions).

2. Your property is located in the courtyard. Please type the SECOND code on your room door to gain access. (The code is in the check-in instructions).

3. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock.
