Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 3 Anderton Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, B11 1LZ. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Please type the FIRST code to open the main building door. (The code is in the check-in instructions).

2. Apartment 4 is located on the second floor. Please type the SECOND code for your apartment door to gain access to your apartment. (The code is in the check-in instructions).

3. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Please use the following to adjust the temperature on the thermostat.

Bins are located in the front of the property.
