We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 6 Unett Street, Birmingham, B19 3BN. Apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible via the right hand side door.

2. There is a black keypad on the side of the door. Please type the code to open the door, the code is in the check-in instructions.

3. To lock the door from the outside, please lift the handle up and press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside the property, please lift the handle up and rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Bins are located in the front of the property. Household collection every Friday and recycling bins are collected fortnightly on Friday.

Please use the following to adjust the temperature on the thermostat.
