Property Address: 142 Regent Road, Handsworth, Birmingham, B21 8AL

There is a black keypad on the wall of the house, please type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

To lock the door from the outside, please lift the handle up and press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside the property, please lift the handle up and rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

*Car Parking* Free on street parking - first come, first serve basis

*Waste and Recycling Bins* There are 2 large bins located at the front of the property. Household collection every Friday / Recycling Collection every other Friday. Please kindly leave the wheelie bins on the pavement for collections.
