Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 88 Hamstead Road, Birmingham, B19 1DG. Please use the communal entrance door, the access code is provided in the check in instructions.

2. Please follow the stairs up to your apartment, please refer to the check in instruction for the apartment number.

3. Please use the black keypad on the side of the door to enter the property. Please use the second code in provided in the check in instructions to gain access to the apartment

4. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad.

Bins are located in the front of the property.
