Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 3 Anderton Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, B11 1LZ. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

2. Your apartment is located on the top floor. You aparment number is on check in instructions message. Please type the SECOND code for your apartment door to gain access to your apartment.

3. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Bins are located in the front of the property.

Please use the following to adjust the temperature on the thermostat.
