1. Address: 15 Rickman Drive, Birmingham, B15 2GP. Apartment number 11. The blue arrow points to the gate where you'll find the building fob in a secured padlock. The red arrow points to the front entrance of the property - Building number is 15.

2. Locate the lockbox on the wall. Please use the code given to you with this link to unlock the padlock.

3. Enter the building using the front entrance (Follow the blue arrow), Please go to the top floor and the apartment number is 11. Please ensure to use the building fob to enter the building.

4. There is a black keypad on main door, please type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions)

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

The bin is located in the car park by the rear door.

Secure gated parking is available at £15 per night, please contact us should you need to arrange this. We will require your vehicle registration number to avoid any fines.
