We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Please go to Kelsall Croft, B1 2PS.

2. Once you arrive at the address, look for number 27. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house.

3. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

4. To lock from outside the property - Please lift the handle up and press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock from inside the property - Please lift the handle up and rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Free driveway parking, space for 2 cars.

There are 2 large bins located in front of the house - one is for recyclables. Rubbish bin collection on Monday.
