We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Please go to St Lukes, B5 7FJ.

2. Identify the house by the number 22, which should be next to the door.

3. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

To lock the door from the outside, please lift the handle up and press the backspace button on the keypad on the door.

To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Free driveway parking, the parking permit is in the kitchen on top of the microwave. You must display your parking permit at all times, else you will be fined. If you are unable to find the permit, please contact us immediately. Please ensure to return the permit to the top of the microwave upon departure, to avoid any charges

There are 2 large bins located in front of the house - Gray lid bins are household waste and blue one is for recyclables. Household collection every Wednesday and recycling bins are collected fortnightly.
