We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

1. Please see them map. Although your house front will be on a different street, the access will be made from the back of the house, on Ledbury Close, B16 8RR as shown in the below image.

2. There is a parking area at the back of Ledbury Close, please inform us if you require parking - the entrance to your house will be from this area. It is a cul-de-sac please proceed as per picture.

3. Search for a wooden gate with 112 on it - on the side indicated in the picture.

4. Enter the backyard. Put the code into the key safe and unlock the box. You can take the keys and enter the apartment through the white door on your left. Please do not leave your car in the parking area, as it's a private parking area.

Please ensure you put the bins in the correct bin area. These are located outside the front door and to the left of the property (see below).
