Check-in Guide

1. Go to Brookfield Road BIRMINGHAM B18 7JL. You will see a large car park, that is the entrance to the cul-de-sac where you will find Louisa House.

3. Enter the cul-de-sac, on the side of 'Louisa Place' search for the house named Louisa House. It will be on your left hand side.

4. Search for the house named 'Louisa House'. The sign will be next to the house.

5. Next to the sign you will see a key safe. Use the code given to you on your check-in date to open this key safe, and take your keys.

6. Rubbish is taken out ONLY on Wednesdays, after 4:00pm, and left on Brookfield Road. The council will only collect black bags, therefore do not leave anything else.
