We’d like to welcome you to your accommodation.
We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

Protected: 1255W

1. In order to reach the property please use address Windrush Grove, B15 2BL. The keys will be located in a padlock attached to the main gate.

2. Your house number is 25. The house is located on the right hand side of the cul-de-sac. Your parking area is indicated in the picture. Please inform us if you require parking as it is chargeable.

There is a keypad at the door. Type the code to access the apartment (the code is on the check-in instructions)

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door.

To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

There are small bins located in the kitchen and bathrooms. The large bin will be located in the front of the house. Household collection every Monday / Recycling Collection every other Monday (starting in 10th May)

Free parking on the driveway at Windrush Grove, bay 25.
