Go to 9 37 Rickman Drive, Birmingham, B15 2AL.

2. Building fob in padlock on gate, Padlock Q.

3. The code of the padlock will be given to you along with your link.

4. Your apartment number is 9. There is a black keypad on main door. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Secure gated parking is available at £15 per night, please contact us should you need to arrange this. We will require your vehicle registration number to avoid any fines.
