Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 6 Guildford Street, Birmingham, B19 2HN.

2. There is a black keypad on the door, please type in the code which was provided to you within your check-in instructions.

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Free driveway parking available - spare for 2 cars.

The bin is located outside the house. Household collection every Friday / Recycling Collection every other Friday. Please ensure to leave the bins on the end of the drive for collection.
