1. The apartment is located on 10 Scotland Street, Birmingham, B1 2AU. Enter the building via the main building doors, circled in the image.

2. Smart Lock System - Access to the main building door - We’ve sent the invite to your personal, please follow the next steps to gain access to your account.

3. Please accept our invitation and create an account - Watch the tutorial - Accept the Key - Click to see the key

4. Press "403 call" on the intercom and at the same time, swipe right on the digital key - the door will automatically open

There is a black keypad on your apartment door, please type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions). To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

The bin is located outside the building, on the right hand side there are two white doors. The code for the doors is 9102.

Secure gated parking is available at £15 per night, located on Helena Street. Please contact us should you need to arrange this.
