We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

Protected: 13025S

1. The apartment is located on 10 Scotland Street, Birmingham, B1 2AU. Enter the building via the main building doors, circled in the image.

2. You will need to collect the main building door key from the padlock. The padlock is located on Scotland Sign.

3. Your apartment number is 302. Type the code to access the apartment (the code is on the check-in instructions)

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door.

To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

The bin is located outside the building, on the right hand side there are two white doors. The code for the doors is 9102.

Secure gated parking is available at £15 per night, located on Helena Street. Please contact us should you need to arrange this.
