Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: 676 Stratford Road, Birmingham, B11 4AS. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

2. Apartment is located on the Ground floor - Please refer to the check in instructions for the number of the apartment. Please type the SECOND code (from the check in instructions) on the black keypad to gain access to your apartment.

3. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad.

To lock from inside the apartment - Rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Bins are located in the front of the property.
