Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

1. Property Address: 2 Grove Hill Rd, Birmingham. Postcode B21 9PA

2. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

3. Locate your number apartment (the number is in the check-in instructions). Type the OTHER code for your apartment door to gain access to your apartment.

4. To lock the door from the outside, please press the backspace button on the keypad. To lock the door from the inside, please rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Allocated bay parking is available at £15 per night (subject to availability) please contact us should you need to arrange this. You will need to provide us with your registration number to avoid fines.

The bin is located in front of the property, please dispose of your rubbish accordingly as per the instructions in the hallway.
