1. Please go to One Hagley Rd, Birmingham B16 8TG. Kindly note, there is no parking available at the property and the nearest car park space is Broadway Plaza. (Broadway Plaza, 220 Ladywood Middleway, Birmingham B16 8LP)

2. After you've reached your destination proceed to the main door at One Hagley Road shown in the picture below.

3. Locate the main entrance and use code C9133 to enter the main building.

4. After you’ve entered the building proceed to the lift. Take the lift to floor 17. Your apartment number is 1708.

5. Open the padlock located in front of the apartment door with the code provided on your check-in day. After you’ve open the padlock please bring it with you into the apartment.

6. If the padlock does not open, just pull the front side as per picture below.
