We’ve created this guide for you which contains essential information that you will be using during your stay.
Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

Protected: 11475S

1. Go to your apartment shown in the picture below on Southside, St. John's Walk, Birmingham, B5 4TH. You will need go down the alley to find the main entrance. You will see the door to the stairs on the left hand side. Your apartment number is 147.

2. Smart Lock System - Access the main door - We’ve sent to your personal email the invitation.

Step 1 - Accept our invitation - Download the app - Create an account - Watch the tutorial - Accept the Key - Click to see the key

2. Press "1 4 7 call" on the intercom and at the same time, swipe right on the digital key - the door will automatically open.

To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door

To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

The bin is located inside the parking area.

Secure gated car parking is available at £15 per night, please contact us should you need to arrange this.
