1. Property Address: 14 New Spring Gardens, Birmingham B18 7LN - Walk down the walkway as seen in photo in between the row of houses.

2. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions)

3. To lock the door from the outside you will press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside will be as normal with the thumb turn, just rotate the round bit of the smart lock.

Free driveway parking allocated behind the property.

Household and Recycling bins are located on the side of the property, Household bins are collected every Friday and the Recycling collected fortnightly. Please ensure to leave the bins at the end of the alleyway for them to be collected.
