Kindly note that our apartments are not suitable for parties, but we’ve gathered the best places in town for you to go out and have fun with your friends!

Check-in Guide

1. Property Address: Apartment 18, 10 Bell Barn Road, Birmingham, B15 2DH walk down the side to the side gate

2. Please go to 25 Windrush Grove and find a padlock box on the inside wall to collect the key.

3. Lock box is on the inside of the wall on the left, Padlock code can be found in the check in instructions

4. Identify the Building with Number 10. Go in and take the first right.

5. Go to the main doors labelled number 10, Go up the stairs to the top floor, your apartment is number 18.

6. There is a black keypad on the wall of the house. Type the code to open the door (The code is in the check-in instructions).

7. To lock from outside the apartment- press the backspace button on the keypad on the door. To lock the door from the inside, turn the round bit of the smart lock left until the door is locked.

The bins are located in car park, next to the door and next to parking spot number 18.
